  • Q. How do I know if my order went through to you ?

    You must complete the entire process before your order can come through to us.

    At the end of the process an ORDER NUMER will show on the screen and also be emailed to you IF you entered your email address (and if you entered it correctly!)

    If a page keeps refreshing, something must be wrong on that page - have you selected the correct STATE? Have you correctly entered all credit card details, especially the last 3 numbers on the back of the card?

    If you do not receive an order number, your order has NOT progressed through to us. In that case, or if in doubt, phone 1300 360 677 or email info@younameitlabels.com 
  • Q. What are your delivery times ?

    FAST & FABULOUS Vinyl & Fabric labels are dispatched in 4 working days from confirmation of your payment.

    FAST & FABULOUS + EXPRESS will be dispatched in 4 working days in an express post bag (overnight to capital cities and most centres close to them in Australia. NB - WA orders may take 1-2 days longer).

    OTHER ORDERS are dispatched in approx 15 working days, or sooner if we can.  (This may sound like a long time, but our labels are really unique! Our labels and other items are truly personalised – we put your name on as many of our products as possible!! You can choose a myriad of print styles, vinyl colours and pictures on your labels. Our labels are made using a unique process that takes some days to create and complete, but the process results in great looking and really durable labels!)

    EXPRESS ORDERS are dispatched in 10 working days in an Australia Post Express Post bag (overnight to capital cities and most centres close to them in Australia. NB - WA orders may take 1-2 days longer).
    Orders received before 10:30am on any day will have that day counted as day 1.
  • Q. How much is postage ?

    There is NO postage charge for postage of orders within Australia.

    Wow!!! NO postage charges inside Australia!!

    You can, however, choose to do an Express order and there is a minimum charge for this of $15, and this includes up to 6 sets of labels.

    Overseas postage is calculated per item and is listed beside each product price. As an example, one set of labels is $6 to post by airmail anywhere outside Australia.
  • Q. What are your Express Delivery Charges ?

    Minimum Express Price $15.

    $15 can be for 6 small light items, increments of 3 items after that cost $4.
    Some heavier or larger items count as 2 or more items as they cost more to post.

    Complete School Packs, Double Pack + Bagadelic, School Pack + Bagadelic These items count as 4 each
    Towels, Complete School Pack + Bagadelic, Robes  These items count as 6 each
  • Q. When do you require payment for the orders ?

    Payment is required prior to us commencing any order.

    This is because our items are personalised and we are unable to re-sell any items. If you are sending a cheque or money order, we will begin processing your order once the cheque or money order is received. If you are paying by credit card, it will be charged immediately upon receipt of your order.
  • Q. How can I pay for my order ?

     Payment for orders can be made in several ways
    Online secure Credit Card Payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Pay Pro Pal

    Cheque or Money Order (made out to You Name It Labels). You can select this as an option in the payment pages, or mention it when you make a phone order, or send a cheque or money order with your mail order

    By Direct Debit/Transfer from your bank account to ours: You will receive an email once order is placed advising of our bank details or you can phone us on 1300 360 677.  Please quote your order number in the details section when processing payment.

  • Q. What if something is wrong with my labels ?

    If we have made an error in printing, like a spelling error, that is our fault, we will reprint your labels at no charge.

    If you have a problem with your labels/products you must advise us as soon as possible. Problems that arise more than 12 months after purchase of the labels/products will not result in compensation of any kind, as wear and tear must be expected.
  • Q. Are the Bagadelics breakable ?

    The bagadelics are made of hard laminated plastic and while tough, they will break if trodden on or slammed in car doors! If you look after them they'll last for years!
  • Q. How do you change quantity ?

    Change the quantity in the shopping cart when you check out and then press update button.
  • Q. Is your site secure ?

    Our new website is super secure! All credit card payments on the website are made in real time via PayProFlow by PayPal. YNIL never gets to see your card details and your card details are never held on our site. We have a current SSL certificate.

    If you prefer, you can make your order and select that you will pay by direct debit, or by sending a cheque or money order, or by phoning us on 1300 360 677 to pay by credit card over the phone.
  • Q. What happens when I order Fast and Express ?

    If you order a FAST label and you choose EXPRESS, your FAST labels will be dispatched in an Express Post envelope in 4 working days.

    Should you have ordered FAST labels and other items, and added EXPRESS, your FAST labels will be dispatched in 4 working days by NORMAL mail and your other items will follow (as soon as possible or in 10 working days) in an EXPRESS Post bag.
  • Q. What do I do if I've forgotten my username ?

    If you have forgotten your username, please go to MEMBERS SECTION and select FORGOT MY PASSWORD.

    A new PASSWORD and your USERNAME will be emailed to you.

    If you have changed your email address, set yourself up as a new member or call us on 1300 360 677 or email us at info@younameitlabels.com and we'll change it for you!
  • Q. Where do I enter the fundraising or promotion code ?

    You can only enter a Fundraising Code OR a Promotion Code. Unfortunately we can only offer one at a time, but you can choose which one you prefer.

    Place your order first, then proceed to the checkout.

    Enter your codes in the middle of the shipping and billing details page.

  • Q. What browsers does your site best support ?

    The site currently best supports:

    · Internet Explorer (IE) version 6.0 on Service Pack 2

    · Internet Explorer (IE) version 7.0 on Win32 Platforms

    · Mozilla 1.x & Firefox 1.x to 3.0 on Win32 Platforms

    · Safari 1.2 on Mac OS

  • Q. Why does my order say COMPLETE but it is not dispatched yet ?

    Your order will say complete when the computer design or 'making' of the item is complete - however, there may still be drying and cutting, or packing time required before the item is ready for dispatch.

    For example, your labels will be marked as 'complete' once the design work on them has successfully been finished - but they may still need to be printed and dried, etc.
  • Q. Refund Policy ?

    Please choose carefully as we regret that no refund can be given if you simply change your mind.
    Refunds are not generally given but may be in certain circumstances at the discretion of management and these refunds will incur an administrative fee of a minimum of $5 or 5% of the total order for orders over $100.
    As our items are personalised we regret that we are not able to refund you for any personalised products if production of that item has commenced.
    We cannot refund a personalised label (or other item) if the material used is different to what you were expecting - please ask for samples of labels if you would like to inspect them, prior to ordering.
